What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain apparel and protective gear cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all UNIT 1 hardware and equipment come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.
